A rugged industrial scanner for electronics, automotive and manufacturing lines. The Newland NVH220-HD reads tiny high-density codes and direct part marks that are laser-etched or dot-peened, and uses AI to adapt automatically to difficult labels.
Reads DPM and tiny codes
The UIMG decoding system reads laser-etched and dot-peened marks and codes down to 1.85 mil, improving first-pass success on the line.
AI-powered decoding
AI barcode positioning improves low-contrast reading, and intelligent learning adjusts settings to each scenario automatically.
Advanced lighting
Red and blue direct light plus white diffuse light handle reflective, curved and coloured surfaces.
Industrial tough
IP64 sealing and a 2.4 m drop rating, with USB, RS-232 and Ethernet options and industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP and Profinet.
