An affordable 4-inch desktop label printer for shipping labels, shelf labels, product barcodes and receipts. The PC42E-T prints by thermal transfer with a ribbon for durable labels, and also handles direct thermal media, making it a practical choice for retail back offices, small warehouses and e-commerce sellers.
Easy to load and use
The clamshell lid opens wide for quick media and ribbon changes, and it takes both 0.5-inch and 1-inch ribbon cores, so it works with a wide choice of ribbons. A single ECO button handles feed and pause without complicated menus.
Fits into existing systems
It understands Honeywell DP and DPL along with ZSim2 and ESim emulation, so it can usually replace an older Zebra or Datamax-style printer without changing label formats. USB and Ethernet are built in, and a USB host port accepts a keyboard or scanner.
Compact and reliable
The small footprint fits on a crowded desk or counter, and it holds rolls up to 127 mm in diameter and ribbons up to 300 m long, so you change consumables less often.
